What does ISANO mean?
ISANO is an acronym for Indian Serviced Apartment Network. It was a Facebook group created by our Founder in 2008 to help friends source hard-to-find short-term accommodation in Mumbai, India, through mutual friends. It became a separate online platform called MyFriendsFlat in 2016 and ISANO morphed into Isano, our dedicated concierge business. Did you know that ‘Isano’ means “Here to help’ in Japanese!
Which countries do you provide services in?
India Made Easy is dedicated for concierge services in India. We provide services in the UK, US, India, HK/China and the UAE through Isano, our parent company. We can however provide limited services in other countries. Please contact us for further details.
Can I use your services without being a Member
Yes. ISANO was previously a Members-only service but we have opened up to the general public. Some services however do remain Members-only. Currently Membership is free but by invite-only. Please contact us for further details on Membership and its benefits.
Do you charge for services
Most of our concierge services are free. Services which we charge for in are made clear in advance.
How is Isano different from other concierge companies?
ISANO is different because we pride ourselves in offering, in most instances, complimentary services. Taking advantage of the ability to obtain privileges and discounts through our long-standing relationships with our network of partners, we are able to pass on the majority of those savings to our members.

Why should I use Isano to book my hotel room in Mumbai instead of an online hotel or travel portal?
When you book a room through an online portal or travel agent, they will sell you the room and then stop there. We go much further. When you book a hotel or flat through India Made Easy, not only do we get you the most competitive corporate hotel rates, but we give the FREE services of a Personal Relationship Manager (PRM) who will help you with transport coordination (interpreting with Hindi-speaking drivers for example) and advice and reservations for a whole raft of health & beauty, restaurant and nightlife, shopping and other services. We also give a tablet, phone and activated, topped-up local SIM card on arrival. The returnable tablet and phone are FREE to use for the duration of your stay, whilst your PRM will remotely top up the sim card balance whenever you need, and you can pay for that at the end of your trip. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard payments securely through Paypal, or you can transfer funds through bank or wire transfers or preferably Transferwise to our UK or India business accounts. For cancellation and refund policies, please contact us.
